The company is directed by a dynamic team duo; Joe comes with over 30 years of painting experience and Frank comes with over 15 years experience, specializing in decorative finishes, waterproofing, architectural drafting and concrete resurfacing and renovations.

Frank Ferreri - Director

Frank is the director of New Effects Group and has pioneered most of the services the company has to offer. Initially, undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Drafting, he proceeded to complete his qualification in Painting and Decorating and open his first business ‘New Effects Painting and Decorating’, with his partner Joe. With a combined experience of over 50 years, they continue to service Sydney and surrounds, providing their private and commercial clients with quality painting and decorative finishes. Frank has since decided to expand the business and provide more services, and since rebranding has completed various Diploma’s and certificates which qualify him for a range of trades offered by New Effects Group.

Joe Ferreri - Director

Joe is director of New Effects Group and has over 40 years experience in the painting field. During his painting career he has worked on many projects, ranging from residential to large commercial properties. Joe has remained in the field for the duration of his career and comes with the expertise and knowledge like no other; he is the pioneer of the painting service at New Effects Group.  Apart from painting, he prides himself on his design expertise and excellent colour consulting services. He liaises with our clients and provides them with a solution to ensure their renovation reflects our motto ‘Out with the old; in with the new’.

Tony is an experienced tradesman that brings with him a variety of skills that render him an essential member of the team at ‘New Effects Group’. With an extensive background in construction, Tony, offers his skills and expertise to many of our projects. He is motivated by his eagerness to bring to life ‘your dream’ and works exceptionally hard to ensure that every project is executed well.

Aaron Darkin

Aaron is the newest member of our team and has recently been offered an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating. Aaron endeavors to complete his apprenticeship in painting and pursue other trade qualifications within the company. With continued dedication and his willingness to work hard, Aaron, will develop into a quality tradesman that will be an asset to our team.
